End of Financial Year 2026
Reflecting on a year of growth, trust, and momentum.
As we close out another financial year at BluBiz Solutions, we want to take a moment to reflect on what has genuinely been our strongest year yet, and to thank the people who made it possible: our clients, our partners, and our team.
When we founded BluBiz, we built it on a simple belief. People deal with people, and trust is earned through actions, not promises. That belief still shapes every engagement we take on. This year, more organisations across Australia placed that trust in us than ever before, and we don’t take a single one of those decisions lightly.
Growth built on outcomes, not transactions
This year we welcomed a significant number of new clients across the country, spanning health, aged care, not-for-profit, construction, professional services, and the mid-market more broadly. Just as importantly, our existing clients continued to expand the scope of what we deliver together, which is the truest measure of a partnership that’s working.
Across the year, our team delivered transformational projects spanning the full breadth of our portfolio: SD-WAN and SASE rollouts that modernised how our clients connect and secure their networks, cyber security programs that materially lifted their resilience, private and hybrid cloud builds, data centre modernisation, managed IT services, modern workplace and collaboration platforms, and connectivity and communications projects that underpin everything else. What ties these together isn’t the technology. It’s that in every case, we started with the business outcome and worked backwards. That’s the difference between being an IT provider and being a technology partner, and it’s a distinction we work hard to earn every day.
The unsung hero of FY26: office relocations done right
One area of our business that grew remarkably this year was end-to-end office relocations and site moves. We completed a significant number of these projects across Australia, and they remain some of the most rewarding work we do, because they’re where everything BluBiz does comes together at once.
A site move done well is invisible. Behind that invisibility sits months of stakeholder communication, network and internet connectivity cutovers, voice services, video conferencing fit-outs, infrastructure and end-user technology deployment, and managed post-move support. Our clients walked into new offices on a Monday morning and simply got to work. That’s the outcome we design for, and this year we delivered it again and again with minimal disruption and genuinely positive feedback.
Deeper partnerships, stronger capability
Our strategic partnerships went from strength to strength in FY26. We deepened our collaboration with Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Cisco, Fortinet, and Telstra, advanced our partner standings, and continued to invest heavily in certifications and specialisations across the team. As an ISO 27001 certified organisation, security isn’t a product line for us. It’s a discipline that runs through everything we build and manage.
These partnerships matter because they translate directly into client outcomes: earlier access to emerging capability, deeper technical escalation paths, and the confidence that when we recommend a platform, we know it inside out. As AI, SASE, and modern security architectures reshape the landscape, staying at the forefront isn’t optional. It’s the job.
Our people, our foundation
None of this happens without our team. This year we welcomed around ten new team members to BluBiz, each of whom has already made their mark. We continued to invest in training, professional development, certifications, and leadership growth, because we’ve always believed that the client experience can never be better than the employee experience behind it.
To every member of the BluBiz team: thank you. Your craft, your care, and your willingness to go the extra mile for our clients are the reason this company keeps growing.
Recognition that reflects our clients’ success
We were humbled this year to receive recognition from industry leaders including Microsoft, Telstra, and Extreme Networks. We’re proud of these acknowledgements, but we see them for what they really are: a reflection of the outcomes our clients achieve and the excellence our team brings to every engagement. Recognition follows results. Our focus stays on the results.
Looking ahead to FY27
We enter the new financial year with real optimism. Our pipeline is the strongest it has ever been, we’re in advanced conversations with a number of prospective clients, and demand across Managed Services, Cyber Security, Cloud, Modern Workplace, Connectivity, and Digital Transformation continues to accelerate.
Our plans for the year ahead are clear. We will keep investing in our people and expanding the team. We will deepen our partner relationships further. And above all, we will keep raising the bar on what our clients can expect from a technology partner: honest advice, dependable delivery, and outcomes that move their business forward.
Thank you
To our clients: thank you for your trust. It is the foundation of everything we do, and we never take it for granted.
To our partners: thank you for your collaboration and your belief in what we’re building together.
To our team: thank you for another exceptional year.
We carry the momentum of FY26 into the year ahead with confidence and purpose, and with the same commitment we started with on day one: helping Australian organisations transform, secure, and grow through technology.
Here’s to the year ahead.
Connect with Confidence.
