Strategic Planning and a Strike or Two!

Last month, the BluBiz Solutions team took a break from our usual workspace to step back, reflect, and plan ahead. We had a productive offsite session at the Interactive Data Centre, where we explored valuable team feedback, handed out staff recognition awards, and shaped our strategy for the months ahead, taking time to align on our goals and ideas is key to delivering the best for our customers.

After a productive session, we wrapped up the day with a team dinner and some friendly competition at the bowling lanes! It was a great way to unwind, have a few laughs, and (for some of us) show off our hidden bowling skills, reinforcing what makes BluBiz Solutions special—collaboration, teamwork, and a strong team culture.
